HOW TO ACTIVATE USER ACCOUNT: ACTIVE STELLAR FORGE MINING HOSTING CUSTOMER

Starting 06/01/2023 Stellar Forge Mining will start utilizing a new Help Desk system, any active support ticket for a Stellar Forge Mining customer prior to 05/30/2023 will be opened in the new Help Desk system for them. Active customers will receive a "User Account Activation" email notice from the email address helpdesk@stellarforgemining.com and below are the instructions for activating the new Help Center user account.  



REMINDER:
Please check your SPAM or JUNK folders in your email's inbox if the user account activation email is not in your email's Inbox. 


Instructions to complete User Account Activation for active Stellar Forge Mining hosting customers


Step 1: 

Access the primary email account used for communication with Stellar Forge Mining. Search inbox for emails from helpdesk@stellarforgemining.com to locate User Account Activation email. 



Step 2: 

Click the URL link with in the body of the email message. You will be directed to the web page with in your default web browser. 



Step 3:

Once directed to the Activate Your Account web page, enter a secure password for your Help Center profile account.




Step 4:

Retype password to confirm new password assignment of your profile.



Step 5:

Select Activate and Log In.



Step 6:

From Log In page you can click Tickets to view your active open support ticket list.
