Starting 06/01/2023 Stellar Forge Mining will start utilizing a new Help Desk system, Stellar Forge Mining members will need a separate account to request support through our Help Center. Members will be able to set up and log in to their Stellar Forge Help Center account and access functions like - request support, submit troubleshooting tickets, view ticket status, and support conversations.
REMINDER: You must only submit support requests through the Help Center website, and you may only submit requests for your account. Submitting support requests elsewhere will not receive a response.
There are a few ways to access the Stellar Forge Mining Help Center. Select a method below for instructions:
- Access through www.stellarforgemining.com
- Access directly through the Help Center
Instructions for Requesting Support through Stellar Forge Mining website:
Step 1:
Go to https://www.stellarforgemining.com/ and select the Help Center button at the top right corner of the menu bar.
Step 2:
Select the login button at the top right corner of the menu bar.
Step 3:
Click Sign up to set up your Help Center profile or opt to sign in with an existing Google or social media account.
HELP CENTER PROFILE
Help Center credentials will NOT be the same as the credentials used to log in to the stellarforgemining.com website members area.
Step 4:
Fill in the required fields with your information. Click I'm not a robot to verify.
Step 5:
Complete the required fields of the reCapcha. Click Verify for verification.
Step 6:
Click Register to create Help Center profile.
