HOW TO CHECK SITE STATUSES & SUBSCRIBE TO INCIDENT NOTIFICATIONS

The Stellar Forge Mining Hosting Site Status Page is now Online and replaces the prior status page as of 10/3/2023. Here you can see new status updates as they occur, track planned maintenance, and subscribe to site alerts. 

Instructions to Check Hosting Site Statues through Stellar Forge Mining website:

There are a few ways to access the Stellar Forge Mining Help Center. Select a method below for instructions:

Step 1:

Go to https://www.stellarforgemining.com/ and select the Site Statues button at the top right corner of the menu bar. You will be navigated to the status page. 

Step 2:

From the Site Statues page select the Subscribe button at the top right corner of the menu bar.

Step 3:

Input the email address for your account and click Subscribe. 

REMINDER: When subscribing to receive notifications of incident and maintenance statuses, utilize any email address that you are able to access.

Step 4:

An email will be sent to the address used to verify account access. 

Step 5:

Access the primary email account used to Subscribe from the Site Statues page. Search inbox for an email from info@stellarforgemining.com to locate Verification email. Click "Yes, this is my email" bottom to complete verification.

Step 6:

You will be navigated to an information page displaying Subscription Successful. Click "Back to Statuspage" link. 

Step 7:

You've successfully Subscribed! Now you will be navigated to the main Site Statues page. Here you can check the live statues of all Stellar Forge Mining's Hosting and Colocation facilities. 

Note: At the bottom of the main Site Statues page is the "Incident History" tab. Here is information about each incident and resolution time for all site specific degraded performance or outages. 

Note: At the bottom of the main Site Statues page is the "Upcoming Maintenance" tab. Here is information about any site specific scheduled maintenance and planned outages.
