Request a quote, an invoice will be offered upon receiving your quote. Below is an example of what the sales chat process would look like.

Keep an eye on your inbox for an an email from Zoho (message-service@sender.zohosubscriptions.com) containing your invoice. In case the email is not found in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Upon receipt of your invoice, please ensure that your payment is fully processed by 12 pm CST on the following day. The prior day's price will be reconciled during this period. If full payment is not received by the due date, the unit you are purchasing may have already been repriced. The difference will be required at the time of the order. Alternatively, a credit will be applied to your account based on the updated price.

For example, consider unit "X" priced at $1,500 today. If a wire transfer of $1500 is initiated, but the bank takes 3 business days to process the payment, by the time it is completed, the unit's price has increased to $1600. The remaining $100 will need to be paid. As a way to not have to send another wire this amount will be added to your first hosting invoice instead. Conversely, if the unit's price decreases from $1,500 to $1400, the difference will be credited to your first invoice.

NOTE: Sending payment through a wire will NOT secure your unit if the transaction is still processing.

What Forms of Payment are Accepted?

Currently only bank wires are accepted. We do not accept credit cards as a form of payment.

When Can I Expect My Units to Arrive On-site?

Expect units to arrive on site in 8-10 business days. Pre-orders follow factory release schedule.
